We were lucky enough to find Sanya to shoot my mum and stepdad's NYC wedding in June. Sanya was really professional but also so lovely and friendly that, even though there were only five of us at the wedding, it felt like she was a sixth guest rather than someone we'd never met before! My parents weren't going to have a photographer until I booked one for them and weren't thrilled at the thought of having to pose for photographs but Sanya made them feel so comfortable that they didn't really notice they were having their photos taken. The results are beautiful and I'm so glad my parents have these wonderful photos to cherish forever, thanks to Sanya. She turned them around really quickly and even sent through some previews just a couple of hours after the ceremony. We were very fortunate that Sanya was able to work with us on very short notice for our engagement photos. Despite this, she was very accommodating, and took time to get to know us a bit before and during the shoot. We can be extremely awkward in front of a camera but Sanya made us feel so comfortable! As soon as the shoot started, we were able feel ourselves. My experience working with Sanya has been brilliant and I am delighted with the photographs she took of me. Even the time we did our photoshoot was short and crowded due to festive season, she made me feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. She knows which shots she wants to get for and to show the best and she knows quite quickly when she’s got them. She provided guidance and direction prior the shoot as well. She is very professional and my favorite part of her was it really took 3 days to get fully edited photos, really fast and delivered beautiful photos. All in all, a great experience! Highly recommend her work and I am no doubt going to book for my pre-wedding session in next year with her.
